In case of Headache, Migraine (One sided headache), Siropida or Ashthma, changing the nostril from we are breathing by lying down that side only, gives relief. When tired, one must lie down towards left side so that one breaths through right nostril. This will provide instant relief and tiredness will vanish.

To Balance Five Basic Elements (Fire, Air, Akash, Earth & Water) in the Body, there is the following procedure - Touch the tips of all fingers (Index, Middle, Ring & Small) one by one with the Thumb keeping in one position for approx 10 seconds. Do in both the hands and feel enrgised instantly. Alternatively, join all the finger tips with the tip of the thumb and keep it for 1 minutes for all the benefits.

VayuMudra : Fold the index finger and press with the thumb. Keep other fingers straight. Do for 1 minute to 10 minutes in one hand or both the hands as per your capacity. Very helpful in gastric trouble and joint pain.

AkashMudra: Fold the middle finger and press with the thumb. Keep other fingers straight. Do for 1 minute to 10 minute in one hand or both the hands as per your capacity. Helps relieving Earache.

PrithviMudra: Join the ring finger with the tip of the thumb. Keep other fingers straight. Helps in calming the mind and for physical strength. Do for 1 minute to 10 minutes in one hand or both the hands as per your capacity.

VarunMudra: Join the small finger tip with the tip of the thumb. Keep other fingers straight. Good for skin problems, blood purification and thirst. Do for 1 minute to 10 minutes in one hand or both the hands as per your capacity.


GyanMudra: Joining the index finger tip with the tip of the thumb, keep other fingers straight. It is good for concentration, memory, headache, insomnia and tension. Do for 1 minute to 10 minutes in one hand or both the hands as per your capacity. It is also a meditation mudra.

SuryaMudra: Bend the ring finger and press with the thumb. Keep other fingers straight. It increases heat in the body, also helpful in digestion, weight and fat loss. Do for 1 minute to 10 minutes in one hand or both the hands as per your capacity.
